It seems like the older I get, the worse the pain is at certain times of the month. A cold or flu has decided to invade my body as well. Yay!

Yesterday was my third no spend day. It was cold & rainy, but DH and I went out and got groceries - just the bare minimum. Now that I've given up sweets it saves money! We spent around $75 for milk, butter, meat, bread, etc. DH did get some Oreos for he and the kids, but that was about it. I had a hard time yesterday not giving in to temptation. I was hungry, and a package of delicious looking oatmeal cookies almost did me in!

The owner of the building my toy store is in approached me yesterday about my lease. I go from month to month, which is very generous of them. There's a vacant space available in the building and someone is interested in both that space and mine! He wanted to know what my intentions are as far as how long I'm planning to stay in the building. We'll see what develops here. I know it would be hard for him to turn down the opportunity to lease two spaces for, I would imagine, at least a couple of years. I'll have to wait and see what develops.

What next? Life has funny twists and turns at times.

One of my auctions is up to $22.49 and two have watchers but no bids. They end Saturday, so hopefully the other two will see some action.
