Every year when it's nice out, from spring through the fall, I take them to the park across the street - there's a lake there. People toss their empties around. This year I'll add the total refunded to the $20 challenge amount. I have no shame. I do look through the trash bins. The sunshine on the water and the morning air are wonderful.

Now we're back. Honey is excited and revved up (puppy-teenager) and Shadow is snoring (6 years old). I'm revved up and ready to go.

Bank - transfer funds into savings. After thinking about it, for now I've decided to put the $20 challenge money into a savings account. It will be our emergency fund. I'm not telling anyone, except for you. You won't tell, will you?

Paint store - I need some paint to touch up the ceiling in the bathroom.

I'll update later. Hopefully I'll have lots of good books to sell. I've been working, and have not replenished the bookcase in weeks.
